In two hours, we'll take you to the fjord's best and most well-known fishing spots, where the chances of a bite are really good! Whether you're an experienced angler who wants fast action, or you're traveling with the family and want to give the kids their very first fishing experience, this trip is tailor-made for the purpose. We sail out in the iconic yellow cabin boats, which ensures a comfortable, fast and safe sailing out into the enormous fjord system just outside Nuuk. Highlights: Fast action: We don't waste time. Thanks to the speed of the boats, we'll be at the good fishing spots in a very short time, so you get maximum time with your line in the water. Guaranteed fun (and maybe dinner): The fjord is known for its large quantities of nice cod and redfish. There's a good chance you'll be able to take your own fresh dinner home. Professional gear and guide: The boat is fully equipped with jigging gear and all necessary safety equipment. Our locally known skipper guides you and helps you land your catch. If you have your own preferred fishing gear, you are more than welcome to bring it. We even have bags for your fish! Nature experiences in a class of their own: Although the focus is on fishing, you will get to see the impressive mountains up close, and we always keep an eye out for whales or seals swimming by along the way. Practical information: Duration: 2 hours Departure/Arrival: Nuuk Atlanthavn (Tidevandstrappen) Included: Fishing equipment, bags for fish, and coffee/tea on board. Meeting time: 15 minutes before departure. Clothing: Although the boat has a cabin that will be heated during sailing, you will be outside on the deck when fishing - Warm, windproof clothing, a hat, mittens and sensible footwear are absolutely necessary.
